Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. This is because orders are immediately transferred to our warehouse and their system for processing and dispatch.

As per our terms and conditions, we do reserve the right to cancel an order any time up until it is dispatched from our warehouse and a tracking confirmation email is sent.

Once an order is placed, it moves directly to our warehouse team for picking, packing, and shipping. This streamlined process helps us avoid errors and delays.
