Items returned due to customs fees or taxes will not be eligible for a refund and a credit note will be issued minus the shipping cost for delivery and return.

Once an order is placed, it moves directly to our warehouse team for picking, packing, and shipping. This streamlined process helps us avoid errors and delays.
